Step 1 - create KendoUI SDK chapter

Right mouse click in Table of Contents field brings the New Summary Entry (entry on the book's index) which serves as the chapter name:

As this Chapter entry appears in the Table of Contents, click on the Save button (this is important) - see Image 9 below:

Click on that newly created first chapter entry in Table of Contents results with prompt (and a suggestion) for the name of the file that will contain the information which will be shown on this Chapter's page itself. Accept the proposed name:
